When my belly started showing at month 5, I used the Tummy Rub Butter in combination with the Tummy Rub Oil every morning and every night. I am now 8 months pregnant and have no signs of stretchmarks. I guess it's still too early to tell, but it makes my growing belly super soft and cures any itchiness due to stretching. In terms of how many bottles you'll be using (it is pricey), these small bottles last 4 months (and that's applying liberally every morning and night), so it is a good value. You'll probably only need 3 during your whole pregnancy including post partum when your belly starts shrinking. *UPDATE* I gave birth to a 7 lb 4 oz baby girl on the 15th of July. She is now 6 weeks and my stomach has completely shrunk down, and I have absolutely no stretchmarks. It's a little pricey but I figure it's worth it. I'm currently pregnant w/ twins and rub this in every night and most mornings. I also use the belly oil. It smells great and absorbs quickly. No greasy feeling. I'm almost 8 months and have no stretch marks so far (knock on wood). |
